The Red Rock Company was created in Atlanta, GA in 1885 by Lee Hagan and G.T. Dodd. Red Rock Ginger Ale was first introduced in grocery stores and became popular in the south. Distribution of the bottles started in 1938 and became available almost nationwide by 1947. Our embossed green bottle fragment can be dated to the late 1930s when the bottles started its distribution. The logo protrudes which is unlike later models of the bottle which has the logo printed on the bottle.
