Title
Blood Wine Sample
Subject

Internal Medicine
Description
Blood Wine was created by J.J. & J.E. Maddox and manufactured by the Louis Daudelin Co in Worcester Massachusetts. It claimed to be somewhat of a miracle cure that particularly cured kidney disease and rheumatism. This was a small free trial bottle that was provided at drugstores and by mail request in 1903. The only ads in for Blood Wine in the Atlanta Journal mentioning the Louis Daudelin Co. appear in 1903, so that is likely the year this bottle was manufactured.
