The 10, 2, 4 on the label refers to their catchphrase "Drink a bite to eat at 10, 2, and 4!"
Dr. Pepper originated in Waco, TX but was a worldwide brand by the early 1900s. There is unfortunately no identifying info on the bottle but the marks on the bottom reads:
