              <text>These casing are from a .380 ACP (Automatic Colt Pistol) cartridge. While this is a common cartridge type, the manufacturer is quite informative. Super Vel was a small producer of “high performance” ammunition during the 1960’s and ‘70’s, whose client base included contracts with several police departments (Super Vel 2017), as well as the U.S. Secret Service. They did not begin production until 1965.</text>
