The next mention is from September 1903, in an actual advertisement. For the launch of the Aphro company, they offered prizes for people who collected the most amount of coupons from buying the drink. The fact that four Aphro bottles were found together implies the marketing strategy may have been successful (at least for a short time). Originally they were located at 10 Tabernacle Pl. but put the property up for sale only a few months later in December, as announced in the real estate section of the newspaper. The property stayed up for sale for a few months --the newspaper announcements stopped in April 1904. There are no other mentions of them in the newspaper aside from a few job offerings, until the company's assets were sold in early 1908. KolaWars: Atlanta says that the company instead became the "Non Such Pure Food Company" in 1907. It also mentions its address as 106 Luckie St. Very little information on this company exists because it was in business for only a few years.
